Analyze and plan
Understand the work, map requirements, and plan the flow, data, and system structure.
I like to understand the people and process behind a problem before I start building. From web apps to custom ERP, I work with teams to make everyday tasks simpler and systems easier to grow.
A warm little corner for building useful things
01Start by understanding the work
How I WorkI start by listening to how the work gets done, then work out what the system needs to make easier.
I stay involved through testing and handover, so the result works for the people who will use it.

Projects
Understand business goals, map the flow, and gather requirements before a single line of code is written.
Define system architecture, design database structure, and plan APIs built to scale.
Shape UI/UX and user flows that align with how your business actually operates.
Build each function to spec — clean, readable code that the next developer can own.
Thoroughly test every function before delivery. No surprises after handover.
Hand over to the client for real-world testing, gather feedback, and refine until accepted.
02Plan and build a system
Skills & toolsI give special attention to the frontend—the screens, flows, and details people use every day—while still building complete systems from planning to delivery.
01
Understand the work, map requirements, and plan the flow, data, and system structure.
02
Shape connected user flows and screens across the whole system.
03
Develop the frontend, backend, database, and integrations, then test before handover.
Tools chosen for each part of the work, from interfaces and application logic to data and integrations.

Tools I am exploring and practicing for future work.
03Things I have built
Portfolio
A personal finance app I’m building to help keep everyday money easier to follow. It brings transactions, a calendar, weekly summaries, and AI slip capture into one place.
04Experience from real work

2018 — PRESENT
I connected CI ERP with SAP so information could move between the two systems more reliably. I built PHP middleware for data sync, transaction mapping, and recovery when something failed, then improved SQL Server queries to make reports faster to generate.
Result: reduced report generation time by over 60%
I built and deployed a white-label SaaS platform for multiple companies. Each company could use its own brand, domain, and content, while the platform stayed manageable from one codebase. I looked after the system design and deployment on a Linux VPS with Plesk.
I built LIFF apps, Flex Message notifications, and QR check-in flows that work in LINE and in a browser. The projects covered the screens people use as well as the notifications sent when something happens in the system.
I built a booking and membership platform for a fitness studio chain. Members can book classes, keep track of sessions, and get LINE reminders. Staff use an admin dashboard to manage schedules, memberships, payments, and waitlists.
I made a set of QR and event tools for schools, hospitals, and tech events: attendance, live voting, board game tournament signups, and hospital van bookings. Each one was planned around the real check-in process and the number of people expected.
Behind the work
Before writing code, I want to understand how people work and where things get stuck. Then I turn that picture into a system people can use in their everyday work.
Start with the team’s goals and current steps to understand the real problem before choosing a solution.
Map the work, information, and screens so everyone can see the same plan before development begins.
Develop and test the system, gather user feedback, and refine the details before handover.
A good system should make people’s work easier and fit the way they work every day.
05The next conversation
ContactMaybe you need a new web app, want to make an existing ERP easier to use, or have an idea for automation. Tell me a little about the problem and we can work out a sensible next step together.
Open to new conversations — I usually reply within a day.
